About

Conway Advisors

A specialized advisory firm operating across technology, innovation, international security, intelligence, US federal budgets and spending, and the full range of health and social welfare policy.

Our Story

Conway Advisors was founded on a simple premise: Decision-makers facing our complex world deserve strategic support at the same high standard that U.S. policymakers receive. Not AI-created slide decks with generic recommendations, but concrete, actionable insights built on real data interpreted with deep expertise.

We serve technology companies, investors and busy executives in three distinct but interconnected domains:

  • Geostrategic intelligence: national security, defense technology, AI policy, and geopolitical risk.
  • Health & Science policy: innovation ecosystem, regulatory & payment strategies, medtech, public health, fundraising strategies, and human services.
  • USG Engagement: high level contacts in Executive branch, Legislative branch, and advocacy universes, as well as the means by which to influence them.

Our work is grounded in real-world policy experience and intelligence tradecraft that ensures every deliverable meets and exceeds your needs.
